  • 椰蓉60克

Steps to make 心形椰蓉包

  • 1.面团材料后油法揉至扩展阶段,基础发酵两倍大。
  • 2.排气后,分割成8等份,滚圆松弛15分钟。
  • 3.取松弛好的面团擀开成圆形,放上椰蓉。
  • 4.收口捏紧,松弛10分钟。。
  • 5.取包好椰蓉的面团,擀成椭圆形。
  • 6.纵向对折一次
  • 7.再横向对折一次后
  • 8.从中间切开,底部留2厘米不要切断。
  • 9.将切面翻转向上
  • 10.全部整形完成后二次发酵,发酵完后刷蛋液。
  • 11.入预热180度烤箱中层,18分钟左右上色均匀即可。
