Steps to make 年糕回锅肉

  • 1.锅中放水烧开,放入年糕煮一下,待年糕变软后捞出,单片摆在平底盘中。
  • 2.急冻的五花肉待外部不烫手时拿出切薄片。(尽量薄吧)
  • 3.热锅入少油,下切好的五花肉炸至出油。
  • 4.加入切好的生姜片、大蒜、红椒和郫县豆瓣酱。
  • 5.翻炒1-2分钟至油变红色。
  • 6.加入煮软待用的年糕,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.加入香葱段翻炒,最后加入少许生抽上色,即可。
