Technique
Steps to make Chocolate ice cream
- 1. 100g of milk.
- 2. Add corn starch to milk.
- 3. Add egg yolks.
- 4. Heat over low heat and stir continuously until it becomes viscous. Make egg yolk batter.
- 5. Add chocolate sauce.
- 6. Mix well and let cool for later use. (My egg yolk batter got distracted when I heated it up, it's a bit lumpy.)
- 7. Cream and sugar to beat.
- 8. Mix and stir the cream and chocolate batter.
- I didn't mix well. Sometimes there are also some beautiful textures.
- 10. Put the prepared cream batter in a cling bag and squeeze it into the mold.
- I also used a pudding mold. Send the freezer to freeze for 4 hours+
