砂锅玉米焖翅根
老公买了一些鸡翅根回来让我做给孩子吃,可是安宝说他已经吃腻了烤鸡翅,好吧,那为娘我只好换一种做法满足这个挑嘴的娃!
这道菜选用的是少先队的水果玉米,自带甜味,所以做出来的鸡翅咸鲜中又带着一点点甜,丰富了口感。菜一上桌就被哄抢,家人赞不绝口。

  • 1.准备食材;
  • 2.鸡翅根放冷水中浸泡解冻;
  • 3.生姜切片;
  • 4.将姜片和所有调味料倒入鸡翅根中,用手抓匀腌制半小时;
  • 5.玉米清洗干净切小块放入砂锅内;
  • 6.放入腌制好的鸡翅根和腌料以及所有香料;
  • 7.加入适量水,尽量没过食材;
  • 8.大火煮开后转小火慢炖,一小时左右即可;
