Steps to make 乳酪布朗尼蛋糕

  • 1.黑巧克力与60g黄油切小块后放入碗中隔水融化混合均匀
  • 2.加入20g白砂糖、5g糖浆、3g泡打粉、1g盐、10g可可粉、2颗鸡蛋,后筛入80g面粉搅拌顺滑
  • 3.将面糊倒入铺好锡纸的烤碗中备用
  • 4.乳酪面糊:将软化的奶油奶酪和20g软化的黄油混合均匀,依次加入20g细砂糖、1颗鸡蛋、25g面粉翻拌均匀
  • 5.将乳酪面糊随意舀铺在布朗尼面糊上
  • 6.用牙签在两面糊之间随意画出想要的纹理
  • 7.烤盘中加入适量热水后放入烤碗,将烤盘放入烤箱以160度烤约40分钟,待蛋糕彻底放凉后在脱模即可
