    • 1.主料准备好
    • 2.红薯、紫薯洗净去皮,切成1cm左右的方形小块
    • 3.裹上一层薄薄的干淀粉
    • 4.锅里放适量油
    • 5.烧热后放红薯、紫薯块慢煎
    • 6.煎至上下左右每个面都略微焦黄后,盛出备用
    • 7.将锅子清洗干净,放入冰糖,并加入一点点水
    • 8.煮至冰糖融化冒泡
    • 9.等糖色开始变黄,转为小火
    • 10.倒入煎好的红薯和紫薯块,晃动锅子,均匀的裹上糖汁,撒上芝麻就可以了
