豆沙蛋黄面包
蛋黄酥大都数人都喜欢,但是那玩意儿毕竟油脂比较多,吃多了难免会有腻的感觉,所以我给它换个方式做出来,做成了软软的蛋黄豆沙小面包,圆圆的外表超级的可爱,当然味道也没地说

  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 食盐3g
  • 牛奶130g
  • 鸡蛋40g
  • 细砂糖35g
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 红豆沙440g
  • 鸭蛋黄12个
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 豆沙蛋黄面包

  • 1.食材备好
  • 2.蛋液和牛奶混合搅匀
  • 3.除黄油以外所有的粉料倒入鸡蛋牛奶了搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入黄油揉出手套膜等待发酵至两倍大
  • 5.蛋黄用白酒泡一下放入烤箱200度烤5分钟备用
  • 6.蛋黄晾凉用豆沙包上
  • 7.包好的豆沙蛋黄
  • 8.面团揉出膜后发酵至两倍大,分成若干小份 饧发10分钟
  • 9.包上事先准备好的豆沙蛋黄
  • 10.摆在烤盘上饧发至两倍大
  • 11.表面刷一层蛋液
  • 12.入烤箱175度15分钟
  • 13.烤好取出放晾架上放凉
  • 14.比蛋黄酥更好吃,不像蛋黄酥那么油腻
  • 15.成品图圆圆的超可爱
