Steps to make 弥猴桃班戟

  • 1.鸡蛋加入糖粉中搅打均匀
  • 2.倒入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 3.低筋面粉加抹茶粉拌匀筛入,轻轻拌匀
  • 4.黄油融化成液态,冷却后加入面糊中搅拌均匀,之后放那静置20分钟左右
  • 5.将静置后的材料过筛,现在的面糊很细腻
  • 6.平底锅小火加热,倒入一大勺面糊,转动锅子让面糊摊成圆饼状,等表面凝结成半透明状即可
  • 7.做好的面皮放那晾晾冷却
  • 8.这时候将淡奶油放入无油无水的盆里,加入细砂糖用打蛋器打发,提起打蛋器有小尖角
  • 9.弥猴桃剥皮切出对半
  • 10.冷却后的奶皮上加一勺打发好的奶油,放上半只弥猴桃
  • 11.然后对折两次包起来
  • 12.倒过来收口朝下
  • 13.吃的时候用小刀在中间轻轻切开呈现完美切面
  • 14.如果有时间放冰箱冷藏下切出来更好!
