Steps to make 辣炒花甲

  • 1.花甲放盆里放些水,放一点点盐让花甲吐沙,放置一两个小时最好。炒之前把水倒掉,多洗两次。
  • 2.把姜蒜和辣椒切好备用
  • 3.锅里倒油,烧热
  • 4.放入姜蒜和辣椒炒香
  • 5.把花甲水沥干倒入锅中
  • 6.中午我家厨房可以晒到太阳,嘻嘻,手机有点反光,不要太在意哦
  • 7.花甲熟了壳就会打开了
  • 8.壳全开了之后放盐,一点点糖提鲜,还有点料酒和生抽,再加小半碗水煮一下
