核桃花生酱
早就想要一台破壁机,终于得到了一台维仕美破壁机,到手就迫不及待的做了这个核桃花生酱。以前用普通的料理机做过这类的酱,炒好花生等料以后,研磨的时候一定要加点油才能磨成酱的状态,这个机器就不用加油,直接用酱料的自动功能,就可以成酱了,而且口感是超细滑,从来没有磨出过这么好的酱,让我兴奋了好半天。这样的酱营养更容易吸收,口感也更好。以后咱家可以自己做各种酱吃啦。

Steps to make 核桃花生酱

  • 1.核桃仁炒熟
  • 2.花生米用盐炒熟
  • 3.炒熟后快速筛掉盐,
  • 4.炒好的花生米和核桃仁晾凉。不喜欢花生衣的,此时可以去掉。我是带着花生衣做的。
  • 5.把炒好的花生米和核桃仁放入破壁机中,加入糖。因为花生会带一点咸味,所以我就没有再加盐
  • 6.开启酱料功能
  • 7.一开始很干,不用担心
  • 8.但原料稍微打碎时,关机,用搅拌棒把材料翻一下,这样更容易打碎
  • 9.继续搅拌,下面开始有酱了,再度关机翻一下
  • 10.酱越来越多了,再次关机翻拌
  • 11.然后开机继续起功能,花生核桃仁基本都成酱了,但还稍微粗一点
  • 12.让其自动把功能完成,香滑细腻的酱就做好了。
  • 13.做好的酱配上热馒头,很香的,也可以涂面包,拌面,反正咋吃都好吃啦。
