日式照烧豆腐卷

Steps to make 日式照烧豆腐卷

  • 1.将豆腐用锅蒸3分钟。
  • 2.稍晾后切片。
  • 3.锅里放油,放入豆腐煎制。
  • 4.煎到两面金黄色即可。
  • 5.盛出来晾凉。
  • 6.将胡萝卜切丝。
  • 7.放到油锅中煸炒一下。
  • 8.煎好的鸡蛋饼切丝。
  • 9.日式照烧酱。
  • 10.倒入碗中。
  • 11.将金针菇、胡萝卜丝、鸡蛋丝放到豆腐上。
  • 12.卷起来用葱丝绑好。
  • 13.烤盘铺上锡纸,放入豆腐卷。
  • 14.刷上日式照烧酱。
  • 15.放入预热好的烤箱,用180度烤6分钟。
  • 16.从烤箱取出,把豆腐卷翻过来,再次刷上一层酱。
  • 17.放入烤箱烤6分钟。
  • 18.取出来稍晾。
  • 19.装盘,即可享用美食“日式照烧豆腐卷”了。
