Steps to make 黄油曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化后,倒入砂糖,糖粉搅拌均匀。
  • 2.用打蛋器将黄油打发,黄油体积膨大,颜色稍变浅即可。
  • 3.分3次加入鸡蛋液搅打均匀。每一次都要等黄油和鸡蛋完全融合再加下一次。
  • 4.打发好的黄油轻盈,蓬松。黄油和鸡蛋完全融合。
  • 5.把低粉筛入黄油糊里。
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀把面粉和黄油拌匀成曲奇面糊。
  • 7.把曲奇糊装入裱花袋里。
  • 8.把曲奇面糊挤在铺有锡纸的烤盘上。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热,190°中层,上下火烤10分钟左右,表面金黄即可出炉。
  • 10.冷却后密封保存。
  • 11.来一盘尝尝。
