我在网上找了半天,没找到它们的学名,那就还用我们这里的方言吧。罗托这种鱼很凶猛,唇上有锋利的牙齿,有一回我的一个大拇指被一条超大的咬得鲜血淋漓,此后凡要对付他们就非常谨慎。

    它跟汪刺丁,也就是学名黄颡鱼的习性很像,常以小鱼为食,剖鱼的时候,他们肚子里常会发现只比它们那体型略小一点儿的鱼,另外一点挺好的就是,这种鱼的肚肠很少,肉质很厚,细腻鲜美,拇指大小的也被拿来做菜,我家这几条老爸放笼子抓来的,个头蛮大,刺少,留给宝宝吃的。

    Steps to make 清蒸罗托

    • 1.罗托剖好,洗净沥干。
    • 2.准备好配料。
    • 3.加少许料酒去腥。
    • 4.加盐和姜丝,盐要撒均匀,蒸好肉质很嫩,不便翻动。
    • 5.加大蒜。
    • 6.加红椒丝。(蒸的时候妈妈又把红椒取下来了,怕辣着宝宝)
    • 7.加点色拉油。
    • 8.上锅大火蒸15分钟。
