  • 5.捞出控干水分待用。
  • 6.锅中放入适量植物油,爆香花椒,捞出不要。
  • 7.爆香葱姜蒜。
  • 8.放入干红辣椒翻炒。
  • 9.加入一勺郫县豆瓣酱。
  • 10.炒出红油。
  • 11.放入一勺料酒。
  • 12.一勺生抽。
  • 13.半勺糖翻炒均匀。
  • 14.放入花蛤翻炒。
  • 15.加入少量清水。
  • 16.把水耗干,翻炒均匀,撒上葱花出锅。
