Steps to make 蟹黄蛋

  • 1.鸡蛋蛋黄与蛋白分别打入两个碗中。
  • 2.嫩姜磨成茸。
  • 3.咸鸭蛋剥皮儿后,用手撕碎或用刀切碎。
  • 4.把嫩姜茸、盐、糖、咸鸭蛋碎一同放入蛋白中。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.锅里倒入2大勺玉米油(或其他自己喜欢的植物油),烧热后倒入搅匀的蛋白混合物。
  • 7.一分钟再倒入蛋黄,轻轻翻炒。
  • 8.炒至鸡蛋凝固即可关火,盛出。
