  • 淡奶油180ml
  • 咖啡粉5克
  • 20ml
  • 浓椰浆30g
  • 淡奶油100ml
  • 砂糖20克
  • 浓椰浆30g
  • 奶油奶酪100g
  • 吉利丁片5g
  • 椰蓉少许

Steps to make 生椰拿铁巴斯克

  • 1.咖啡粉用开水冲好备用。
  • 2.奶油奶酪和细砂糖放入盆中,隔水软化,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入咖啡液和厚椰浆搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入淡奶油搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入模具中,放入预热好的烤箱中,上火180度,下火220度,中层,烤15分钟左右,出炉冷却。
  • 7.厚椰芝士的做法:吉利丁用冷水泡软。
  • 8.厚椰浆加至边缘冒泡。
  • 9.加入吉利丁搅拌均匀。
  • 10.奶油奶酪和细砂糖隔水软化,搅拌均匀。
  • 11.加入淡奶油搅拌均匀。
  • 12.加入厚椰浆和吉利丁混合液,搅拌均匀。
  • 13.倒在冷却的巴斯克蛋糕上,放入冰箱冷冻1个小时。
  • 14.取出蛋糕,表面筛可可粉,撒少许椰蓉。
