桂花糯米藕
秋藕上市,选个头匀称的藕,将事先泡好泡透的糯米塞入藕眼中,入锅中煮熟,放凉后切片,再浇上糖桂花,嘿,真是香甜软糯!

Steps to make 桂花糯米藕

  • 1.干糯米至少提前6小时泡透,使用前沥干水
  • 2.藕选大小匀称的、两边封闭的、没有污泥进入藕内部的,清洗干净,刮去外皮
  • 3.在藕的一端两厘米处环形切开
  • 4.用筷子协助,将糯米塞满藕眼,把小块的藕眼里也塞满糯米
  • 5.把小块藕复位,用几根干净牙签净两部分紧密合在一起
  • 6.其余几根藕依次完成,入凉水锅中;小火煮1小时左右,关火,将藕浸泡在水中至凉,可取出放保鲜袋中,入冰箱冷藏
  • 7.吃时切片,洒上糖桂花
