  • 扁桃仁16个

Steps to make 红糖杏仁饼干

  • 1.黄油小块软化,用打蛋器打成乳霜状;
  • 2.加入红糖,
  • 3.搅打至拿起打蛋器时尾端呈尖角状;
  • 4.分2-3次加入鸡蛋,
  • 5.充分搅拌均匀;
  • 6.分两次加入混匀的面粉及黑芝麻,用刮刀在盆底以按压的方式混拌成团;
  • 7.取一小块面团--约12克,在手心里滚成圆球状,饼干保持距离,放在烤盘中;
  • 8.面团表面刷少许蛋清,放一个扁桃仁,再用手将面团压扁;
  • 9.放入预热160度的烤箱中,烤15分钟左右,中间需掉转一次烤盘的方向;
  • 10.烤好后取出,放烤架上晾凉即可。
