Steps to make 酸菜粉(渍菜粉)

  • 1.一把粉条,提前两小时用凉水泡一下,泡好后,洗净备用。
  • 2.猪肉切成片,放入少许生抽腌制几分钟。
  • 3.一颗酸菜,洗净,攥干水分。
  • 4.把酸菜片一下之后,切细丝。
  • 5.锅中放适量油,放入一把花椒和干辣椒,小火炸香后捞出扔掉。
  • 6.放入肉片翻炒。
  • 7.肉片炒熟后,放入酸菜,慢慢炒香。
  • 8.放入一碗清水,然后加入粉条,放入适量的盐和生抽,少量的老抽和鸡粉,用筷子把酸菜和粉条整理均匀。
  • 9.大火开炖,十分钟左右,粉条变透明,汤汁不多即可关火出锅。
  • 10.装盘,酸菜爽口,粉条顺滑,开胃下饭。
