  • 1.分离蛋黄蛋清,将蛋黄和油搅拌均匀
  • 2.抹茶粉加温水调开
  • 3.将步骤抹茶倒入1中
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.筛入低粉
  • 6.搅成蛋黄糊
  • 7.蛋清中加入少量柠檬汁,低俗打发成醋泡
  • 8.分三次加入白糖打发至8成即可
  • 9.当拿起打蛋器时,形成大弯钩的状态
  • 10.取出1/3的蛋白,切拌手法加入蛋黄糊中
  • 11.再倒回剩余2/3的蛋白中,快速搅匀避免消泡
  • 12.搅拌均匀
  • 13.裁好油纸,铺在烤盘上
  • 14.将面糊倒入烤盘中,要有适当的高度。
  • 15.用刮板抹平;放入已预热160度烤箱,烘烤15分钟即可
  • 16.烤好后,倒扣在铁网上放凉
  • 17.在150g奶油中加入15g糖,打发奶油,在蛋糕面上抹平
  • 18.按顺序摆放草莓
  • 19.轻轻卷起,稍稍用力握紧,直至卷成卷即可
