  • 1.准备干面皮、调味粉、红辣椒油、醋汁。
  • 2.锅中放入适量水烧开,干面皮放入盘子中,将锅中开水倒入面皮上面,倒扣一个碗焖五分钟。
  • 3.五分钟后面皮就熟了,因为干拌着吃,所以把水倒掉。
  • 4.加入调味粉、红辣椒油、醋汁。
  • 5.充分搅拌均匀,面皮有韧性,吃起来有嚼劲,加上鲜美的味道,香辣开胃,好吃过瘾。
  • 6.装盘上桌,阿宽红油面皮,面皮是免煮的,开水泡五分钟就可以吃啦!当然有条件也可以煮着吃,还可以加点青菜、鸡蛋、火腿肠等,这样更加美味啦!
