心型果酱面包
用自己做的金橘酱,酸酸甜甜非常好吃。

  • 中种:高粉150克
  • 全麦粉25克
  • 酵母3克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 主面团:高粉50克
  • 全麦粉25克
  • 蛋液30克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 3克
  • 酵母2克
  • 黄油25克
  • 蔓越莓干少许

Steps to make 心型果酱面包

  • 1.所有的中种材料混合均匀,发酵后撕碎,放入面包机桶中;
  • 2.后油法,把主面团的所有材料放入,打至面团拉出薄膜;
  • 3.放置温暖的地方发酵至2倍大;
  • 4.取出发酵好的面团,排气、分割6份、滚圆,醒发15分钟;
  • 5.醒发后的面团擀长成椭圆形,长边对折,再对折,边缘捏紧;
  • 6.捏紧后的面团呈三角形;
  • 7.在面团的短边切一刀,不要切到底,用手分开呈心型;面团放着温暖的地方进行二发;
  • 8.发酵到位的面团,在切口地方放上适量的果酱,上面放一粒蔓越莓干;
  • 9.放入已预热175度的烤箱中,中层,15-20分钟;
  • 10.到时取出放烤架放凉;
