  • 1.搅面机里,称好水255克,(水根据当天的天气和湿度来决定)面粉600克,糖20克,酵母6克。
  • 2.搅面团20分钟。
  • 3.发酵2倍大小
  • 4.发酵好的面团,再次搅面团10分钟。取适量面团,用手按扁,放适量蜂蜜。(像包包子一样包好,底朝下)。
  • 5.依次做好,放入刷油的蒸屉中,发酵2倍大小。
  • 6.大火蒸15分钟,焖5分钟。
  • 7.蒸了四层屉子,开吃。
