蛋黄小西饼(烤箱做饼干,简单又好吃)

Steps to make 蛋黄小西饼(烤箱做饼干,简单又好吃)

  • 1.材料:低筋面粉70克,鸡蛋1个,蛋黄2个,糖粉45克,盐2克。
  • 2.蛋黄、鸡蛋、糖粉、盐倒入碗中。
  • 3.用打蛋器搅拌,搅拌至颜色变淡比较浓稠的状态即可。
  • 4. 倒入低筋面粉。
  • 5.搅拌至浓稠的糊状。(不要太稀,如果觉得稀了可以再加点粉。)
  • 6.将裱花袋套在玻璃杯中,然后将调好的鸡蛋糊倒进裱花袋中。裱花带剪一个小口。
  • 7.将蛋黄糊挤入不粘的烤盘中。大小看自己喜欢。(如果没有不粘的烤盘可以在烤盘上面铺上锡纸)
  • 8.挤完一盘。挤完后如果有非常多的气泡的话可以将烤盘在桌子上轻嗑几下。
  • 9.烤箱160度预热10分钟,然后将烤盘放进预热好的烤箱中,放在烤箱上层,上管160度,烤15分钟。
  • 10. 第一盘蛋黄小西饼出炉。
  • 11. 烤好的蛋黄小西饼。
  • 12.小孩子的最爱。
  • 13.用剩下的蛋黄糊又烤了一盘,这次烤的时间长一点,上色也比较深一些。如果想吃脆一些的话就烤成这个效果。非常好吃哦。
