豆渣厚蛋烧
娃的爸爸是老师,工作压力大,娃现在虽然小学,学习压力也很大,作业好多,我早出晚归,只有在早餐中可以充分地发挥下,尽量做到营养均衡,让他们吃的饱饱的,应对各种压力。有了豆浆机,早餐可以很轻松的变出很多花样,当然这也是来到美天后,慢慢学习成长的,以前的早餐要么是外买的面包或者包子,面条类,要不直接外面吃完省事。现在都是亲手DIY,让我对家人的爱浓缩在每顿饭中,每个菜里!厚蛋烧这是日本泊来品,我加了中式的厨房边角料“豆渣”,让厚蛋烧散着浓浓的中国情!口感有点绵软,应该是豆渣的作用。上口都是葱香,还土鸡蛋的香味,回味是淡淡的海苔,很是成功!搭配豆浆机的米糊到也是绝配!

  • 1.前晚将黄豆泡软第二天清晨用“湿豆”档
  • 2.过滤出豆渣
  • 3.配料图
  • 4.所有配料打匀
  • 5.电饼铛预热,蛋液铺满整个锅底
  • 6.蛋液凝固卷成饼状,移至一边
  • 7.放凉切件
  • 8.配上肉松火腿咸米糊,营养健康,成本低廉,原来“豆渣”这个边角料也可以这么美味哦!
  • 9.浓浓的蛋香,淡淡的海苔香,绵软的口感,散发着中国情!
