Steps to make 茶树菇炒五花肉

  • 1.新鲜的茶树菇剪去菌根部分,小心的清洗干净,不要把菌盖弄掉。
  • 2.茶树菇切成长段,较粗的可以从中间劈开。
  • 3.锅中底油烧热,放入茶树菇煸炒。
  • 4.煸炒至塌秧变软后盛出来备用。
  • 5.五花肉切成大片,下锅煸炒,烹入少许料酒去腥。
  • 6.肉煸炒到微微焦黄后加入葱姜蒜末炒香。
  • 7.加入青红辣椒圈翻炒几下。
  • 8.倒入煸好的茶树菇,加入生抽、蚝油、食盐调味,少许白糖提鲜,大火翻炒至味道融合即可。
