Steps to make 杨氏木须肉

  • 1.干木耳泡发备用
  • 2.将瘦肉切成薄片,用料酒,盐,蛋清,淀粉进行腌制。
  • 3.锅内烧水,水煮开后进行滑肉,一片一片的将腌制的肉片放入水中,熟透后捞出待用,泡发的木耳用开水烫出放入凉水中侵泡后备用。
  • 4.黄瓜切片,大蒜拍碎,鸡蛋打散准备就绪。
  • 5.炒锅内倒入花生油,先将鸡蛋炒熟捞出。
  • 6.锅内再放油,先将大蒜炒出香味,然后放入黄瓜木耳和滑肉翻炒,加入盐,五香粉,鸡精,蚝油,香油。
