  • 2.准备萝卜、枸杞子、姜、小葱。
  • 3.姜切片、葱切粒。
  • 4.萝卜削皮后切厚块。
  • 5.把萝卜和姜片放入汤锅。
  • 6.加入适量的清水煮开。
  • 7.取炒锅,将锅烧热,倒入油撒入薄盐,鲫鱼入锅煎。
  • 8.煎至两面表皮金黄。
  • 9.把鲫鱼放入煮开的萝卜汤内,炖20分钟。
  • 10.时间到,放入油、盐、胡椒粉调味。
  • 11.再放入枸杞子继续炖10分钟。
  • 12.开盖后,加入葱花、鸡精,关火。
