Steps to make 牛奶小松饼(铜锣烧)

  • 1.取200克低筋面粉(没有的话就用普通面粉代替),放入2克酵母,20克白糖,2个鸡蛋,200毫升牛奶,搅拌成面糊。
  • 2.20克黄油提前融化,没有黄油就用熟油代替(把油烧热再放凉)。
  • 3.将黄油、蜂蜜加入面糊中继续搅拌均匀,面糊中不能有颗粒状干面粉
  • 4.搅拌成这种细腻的面糊,放在旁边发酵20分钟左右(屋里冷的话多发酵一下)。发酵到表面都是小气泡,再次搅拌排气。
  • 5.排气完成,锅先预热一下,开小火,不用刷油,放面糊
  • 6.表面都是小气泡的时候,翻面,再煎1-2分钟即可。
  • 7.全程小火哈
  • 8.直接吃也可以,夹上豆沙馅就是好吃的铜锣烧啦!
  • 9.出锅,开吃!
