  • 1.1-4原料图:浸泡12小时之后的糯米
  • 2.1-4原料图:花豆
  • 3.1-4原料图:花生,豆沙馅
  • 4.1-4原料图:糖桂花
  • 5.花生、花豆一起浸泡12小时
  • 6.豆沙馅加入少许水搅成糊状
  • 7.碗内抹一层油,最好是无味的色拉油
  • 8.先放入一层泡好的糯米,然后撒上一层花生和花豆
  • 9.倒入豆沙糊铺匀
  • 10.最后再铺上一层糯米,倒入少许水,大约和米一样平就可以
  • 11.上锅蒸30分钟
  • 12.出锅后扣在盘中,淋上糖桂花即可
