  • 1.鸡胸肉切块过水再放料酒盐香叶八角葱姜煮半个小时
  • 2.鸡肉煮透后捞出控干水,冷却后放保鲜袋用擀面杖敲擀碎
  • 3.敲碎后倒出
  • 4.锅里放少许油加入鸡肉、加入适量酱油糖盐翻炒(小火翻炒)
  • 5.炒干炒松就可以出锅啦!
