生煎羊肉

  【生煎羊肉】大块吃肉很过瘾
      不同的厨具总是能烹出不同的食物来,这个小煎盘买回来很长时间了,一直没有好好的用,试着煎了一次肉,还不错呢。
  做饭,其实很不容易突破自己的一些固有习惯 ,总是以前怎么吃现在还怎么吃,其实有时候有必要强迫自己换换方法。
  羊肉,米爸爸一向不怎么吃,今儿这个羊肉他居然说特别香,这当然是收获了!

    Steps to make 生煎羊肉

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.将羊肉洗净后切大片。
    • 3.纳盆后加入叉烧酱柱候酱生抽料酒及切碎的大蒜和胡椒粉抓均匀。淋上烹调油封口
    • 4.加保鲜膜腌上。冷藏腌制三小时以上。
    • 5.洋葱切片备用。
    • 6.煎盘刷油烧热。逐一放上腌好的肉片,小火煎香。
    • 7.中间翻面,注意火候,开始煎时肉会出水,之后水份慢慢挥发,小心不要煎糊了。
    • 8.出锅装盘,配上切好的洋葱,撒上孜然芝麻混合粉即可上桌。
