  • 1.五花肉刮洗净猪皮后放入煮锅里煮熟。
  • 2.煮好的五花肉放凉后切成适量大小的肉片。
  • 3.韭菜苔洗净切成3厘米长的段,红椒切成片状,姜、蒜切片。
  • 4.炒锅上火,倒入少许油润润锅,然后放入五花肉煸炒出油。
  • 5.把煸出来的油舀出一些,然后放入姜、蒜煸香。
  • 6.放入一匙辣酱翻炒翻炒。
  • 7.放入野韭菜苔和红椒翻炒断生。
