烤蜜汁鸭腿

  • 1.两只鸭腿清洗干净,拔掉表皮上的毛毛
  • 2.放酱油、蚝油、料酒、白糖、盐腌制
  • 3.用筷子将肉厚的地方多扎几个洞,更利于入味
  • 4.将鸭腿腌制一夜,中途有时间可翻几次身,更利于腌入味
  • 5.烤盘铺锡纸,将鸭腿平铺在上
  • 6.入预热好的烤箱中,210度,中层,30分钟
  • 7.时间到后取出,翻面,可用吸油纸将烤盘上多余的油脂吸走,这样就不会有太多的油溅到烤箱里了,再继续送入烤箱烤15分钟,210度
  • 8.时间到,取出,翻面,在表面上刷一层蜂蜜,再送到烤箱中,165度,10分钟
  • 9.出炉,可直接食用
  • 10.也可切片食用
  • 11.将腌肉的汁小火煮开后,取适量淋在鸭腿切片上
  • 12.淋入酱汁的鸭腿切片,更入味
