  • 生抽1勺
  • 陈醋1勺
  • 鲜贝露1勺
  • 辣椒油1勺
  • 熟芝麻1勺

Steps to make 凉拌木耳

  • 1.胡萝卜清洗干净切丝,洋葱切丝,辣椒一半切丝。
  • 2.木耳提前用温水泡发,大蒜去皮切末,辣椒另一关切末。
  • 3.来调酱汁,盐、糖、生抽、陈醋等加到大蒜和辣椒末里,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.泡发好的木耳因为要凉拌,还是再焯一下水比较好,焯过水后的木耳用凉水再技透,口感会更好。
  • 5.胡萝卜焯水断生,再过凉水,口感会更脆。
  • 6.将调好的酱汁倒到木耳里,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.再放入三丝一起拌匀,凉拌木耳就拌好了。
