五仁面包
上次做“五仁酥饼”时,还剩了好些馅料,我都一并保存在冰箱的速冻里,今天拿出来,做了一块面包,外脆里软,非常好吃。

  • 白糖20克
  • 黄油20克
  • 五仁馅1碗
  • 牛奶240克
  • 酵母1勺
  • 1/4小勺

Steps to make 五仁面包

  • 1.面粉、糖、盐、酵母倒入面包机,加入牛奶,启动发面团功能,开始和面。
  • 2.面粉和成团后,撕一块面下来看看是否起筋,今天面团少放了些牛奶,所以偏硬。
  • 3.把黄油块放入面包机中,继续启动机器和面。
  • 4.面粉揉出筋膜后发酵,待2倍大时取出,排出空气,分割成4份。
  • 5.取一块面团,擀成面片,撒上五仁馅料。尾部留出一截不要放料。
  • 6.面团从一边开始卷起来,一定要卷紧,2头要捏紧,在最后四分之一处,用刀将面划出一条条的细条。把细条反过来搭在面包上。码均匀。
  • 7.整形好的面包继续放在烤盘里二次发酵至二倍大,烤箱预热,155度,30分钟。不想上色太深可以在面包表面加盖锡纸。
