自制樱桃酱

    Steps to make 自制樱桃酱

    • 1.樱桃用小苏打浸泡5到10分钟祛除农药残留。
    • 2.除去樱桃蒂跟核(我直接掰开的,用刀太费事+_+),加入适量的白砂糖或绵白糖,拌匀静置20分钟左右。
    • 3.樱桃静置出汁后倒入平底锅,大火煮开转中火,不停的搅拌,最后收汁时调小火,熬到自己喜欢的浓度即可,出锅前滴少许柠檬汁味道更好。
    • 4.凉透后装进玻璃密封罐放冰箱保存,放5天左右没问题,家有小吃货两枚,什么都要自己动手才安心=_=,樱桃酱给孩子做派、小面包、涂吐司什么的都OK。
