  • 淡奶油90克
  • 低筋面粉170克
  • 食盐1小撮

Steps to make 巧克力曲奇

  • 1.准备好食材食材,黄油提前软化到位
  • 2.黄油打至顺滑后加入糖粉
  • 3.打至蓬松变白再分次加入淡奶油
  • 4.直至全部加完近似奶油状
  • 5.筛入可可粉和低筋面粉
  • 6.用刮刀拌至无干粉
  • 7.取适量装入带有裱花嘴的裱花袋中
  • 8.手握裱花袋在金盘中均匀挤出曲奇坯
  • 9.送入预热好的烤箱中层:上火175度,下火160度
  • 10.烤20分钟左右
  • 11.取出烤盘将曲奇移至烤网晾凉
