经典卤肉饭
金典卤肉饭,软香糯滑,肥而不腻。

  • 酱油两大勺
  • 蚝油一勺
  • 老抽一勺
  • 料酒一勺
  • 冰糖15g
  • 香叶两片

Steps to make 经典卤肉饭

  • 1.准备好所需材料
  • 2.将五花肉用冷水浸泡半个小时左右,多冲洗几次
  • 3.五花肉切成小丁备用
  • 4.不加油直接放锅里煸炒,炒到肉丁出油,加洋葱碎,蒜末,姜末,继续煸炒几分钟。
  • 5.加两大勺酱油,一勺耗油,一勺老抽,一勺料酒,一小把冰糖炒匀,加两颗大料,两片香叶。
  • 6.倒入炖锅加上水,中小火焖煮1小时左右,最后开大火稍微收一下汁。
  • 7.煮的时候可以放进去几个剥皮的水煮蛋一起卤,这样就有卤蛋吃了。
