杨梅荔枝糖水

Steps to make 杨梅荔枝糖水

  • 1.处理荔枝:荔枝去皮后用淡盐水浸泡片刻,可以防止虚火,醒脾消滞。
  • 2.处理杨梅:杨梅先用流动的小水流冲洗一遍,再用淡盐水浸泡半个小时,最后用清水投洗干净。(杨梅很容易藏虫,用淡盐水浸泡后可以逼出小虫,本CU泡出了一只小虫纸。)
  • 3.煮500ml水,待水开后转小火,加入1斤杨梅,根据个人口味加入冰糖,煮10分钟后加入5-6颗荔枝,再煮2分钟关火。
  • 4.待糖水凉至室温后放入冰箱冷藏3-4小时,吃的时候还可以加些冰块或沙冰。
