双色蛋白小饼
以前做糕点多下来的蛋白我或者做面包,或者炒菜吃,这次做的这个蛋白糖简单易学,香脆可口、入口即化。就是糖量下次再要减少,我觉得有点偏甜。

  • 蛋白30克
  • 白砂糖10克
  • 奶粉4克
  • 可可粉1克
  • 玉米淀粉3克
  • 白醋3滴

Steps to make 双色蛋白小饼

  • 1.把蛋清分离出来
  • 2.加入白醋,分3次放糖打发到硬性发泡
  • 3.筛入奶粉、淀粉,翻拌均匀
  • 4.取一半蛋白糊,放入可可粉
  • 5.翻拌均匀
  • 6.分别装入裱花袋中
  • 7.裱花袋剪个口子,挤入烤盘
  • 8.烤箱100度预热,放入中下层烤35分钟左右,再焖5分钟取出放凉
