  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶120克
  • 砂糖20克
  • 玉米油15克
  • 蔓越莓干20克

Steps to make 手指麻薯饼

  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.牛奶加入碗中。
  • 3.加入玉米油和鸡蛋(我这边忘记加了,后面补上)。
  • 4.加入砂糖。
  • 5.加入预拌粉搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入鸡蛋。
  • 7.搅拌成比较粘稠的状态。
  • 8.蔓越莓切小加进去搅拌均匀。
  • 9.把面糊装入裱花袋中,剪一个口挤入到铺上油纸的烤盘中。
  • 10.烤箱提前预热到180℃烤20分钟。
  • 11.外酥里糯的麻薯饼就做好了。
  • 12.喜欢就做起来吧。
