  • 1.小排骨泡去血水沥干水分后用3克盐,黄酒,生抽酱油,生粉,抓匀后腌制2小时
  • 2.莲藕去皮后切成条状
  • 3.准备茄汁调料和香菜
  • 4.热锅温油下入排骨炸至微黄捞起
  • 5.等油温升高后再下入炸至金红色后捞起
  • 6.留底油下入茄汁爆出香味
  • 7.先把莲藕入锅炒至变色
  • 8.加入盐调味
  • 9.再把排骨回锅加入白糖调整酸甜味
  • 10.最后淋上少许香油,翻炒均匀后熄火出锅
  • 11.加入香菜后上桌
