【自制香甜爆米花】--- 满载儿时的欢乐
小时候,农闲或者春节之前,村子里就会有人来做爆米花,抗着一个圆圆滚滚的大铁炉,和一个木板的拉风箱,把炉子架空,在炉子的下面生上木碳火,然后拉动木箱的拉杆,不停的罐风,让火力增大,一小会的工夫,一大炉的爆米花就可以出炉了。随着那一声巨响,我们所有的小朋友都会捂着耳朵,躲到大人身后,等到倒出来以后,小伙伴们就会蜂拥而上。
每当这个时候,我们小孩子都觉得特别开心,就像是赶集一样,大家一边吃爆米花,一边追逐嬉戏。好多年来,再也没有人去村子里做这个了,每当我用平底锅做着爆米花的时候,总是不禁想起儿时那幸福的画面。

    Steps to make 【自制香甜爆米花】--- 满载儿时的欢乐

    • 1.玉米粒冲洗掉灰尘,用干净的毛巾或者厨房布擦干,加入少许橄榄油拌匀。
    • 2.平底锅稍稍预热,倒入玉米粒。
    • 3.盖上盖子,偶然把锅拿起,晃动一下,让玉米粒能均匀的受热。
    • 4.大约1、2分钟的时候,透过盖子,可以看到玉米粒开始爆出花来了,一开始爆的时候就转小火。
    • 5.越爆越多了。(要记住常拿起锅晃动一下,这样玉米粒才会受热均匀)
    • 6.当没有再爆的时候,就是已经没有了,爆完以后,立刻打开锅盖,放入2勺白糖,翻炒至白糖融化,粘在爆米花上即可。(糖量依据自己喜好)
