迎接万圣节的到来——南瓜面包
南瓜是万圣节的一个象征,人们喜欢用它制作各种奇葩美食,还有搞怪的南瓜灯,
而我作为吃货中的一员,绝对不能落下这么好玩的节日

Steps to make 迎接万圣节的到来——南瓜面包

  • 1.提前把南瓜洗干净去皮切丁备用
  • 2.把切好丁的南瓜放在蒸锅上蒸10分钟
  • 3.蒸熟的南瓜,放入料理机里打成泥,备用
  • 4.除了盐和黄油,把全部材料依次放入面包机里揉面

  • 6.最后,揉到光滑可以拉出薄膜,盖上保鲜膜室外发酵,,面团发酵至1.5倍大,手插孔面团,不回缩,发酵完毕
  • 7.面团取出排气,莲蓉馅和面团各平均分成6份,静置10分钟
  • 8.取一个小面团用掌心压扁,用擀面仗擀成圆饼,放上莲蓉馅
  • 9.包好后,用手滚圆,收口朝下
  • 10.取4根细棉线,十字交叉摆放,摆出一个米字
  • 11.轻轻的把面团放到米字正中间的交叉点,依次把每根棉线提起来,捏在手里面,捆好后,适当的调整间距
  • 12.逐个把每个面团都系好后,依次放入烤盘,中间隔开距离,放到烤箱里面,开动发酵功能,发酵至1.5倍大
  • 13.发酵完后,解开绵线,烤箱提前预热,上火175度,下火165度,烘烤18分钟
  • 14.出炉后,装饰红豆即可
