春天护肝来点绿色食品——抹茶绿豆沙
绿豆相信很多人都喜欢吃,夏天喝点绿豆汤不仅清热解毒而且还很好喝哦。今天刚煮了点绿豆汤,用来作豆沙馅,准备过几天做面包的时候用上。这次做的豆沙比较细腻些,因为我用料理机打成绿豆汁,再加点油炒制成的,如果喜欢有颗粒感的就不用打成汁了,可以直接炒成豆沙馅

  • 食用油40ml

Steps to make 春天护肝来点绿色食品——抹茶绿豆沙

  • 1.将绿豆冲水洗净、沥干水分
  • 2.高压锅里倒入适量的清水烧开
  • 3.倒入洗好的绿豆,加盖煮30分钟左右
  • 4.加入适量的白糖,继续煮10分钟
  • 5.抹茶粉加少许水融化备用
  • 6.将煮好的绿豆汤倒入料理机里,打成汁
  • 7.倒入锅里
  • 8.加入抹茶水,搅拌均匀,大火煮开
  • 9.煮至沸腾时倒入食用油,搅拌均匀,然后转为中小火
  • 10.不断搅拌,炒至水分蒸蒸,有浓稠的豆沙即可关火放凉
  • 11.放入冰箱保鲜、随用随取即可
