Steps to make Tomato beef sauce
- 1. Cut the beef tenderloin finely.
- 2. Mix the seasoned wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water starch well and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- 3. Cut the top of the tomato with a cross shaped knife and blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute.
- 4. Peel and cut finely.
- 5. Dice onions.
- 6. Heat the oil in the pot, then add the ground beef and stir fry until it turns color.
- 7. Add chopped ginger and onions and stir fry until fragrant.
- 8. Add tomatoes and stir fry until sand is formed.
- 9. Put in a spoonful of tomato sauce.
