    Steps to make 菠萝彩椒甜酸排骨

    • 1.准备好材料:排骨解冻、彩椒、洋葱切块、菠萝用盐水泡过(这样吃起来不口痒,会觉得更甜)。
    • 2.排骨用几片姜飞水去沫,洗净,盛起。
    • 3.锅放几汤匙菜油,加四、五汤匙砂糖或红糖粉,等烧到焦香时下排骨,迅速翻匀。
    • 4.锅里加少少胡椒面、生油、水、料酒、甜酸汁(瓶装的,如苏梅酱)和柠檬汁,总之就调到自己认为酸甜适中,放入菠萝、彩椒和洋葱,兜几下,加少少水淀粉,翻匀。
    • 5.完工。最后滴几滴香油也行。
