【花样寿司】----金枪鱼寿司
金枪鱼(Tuna)也称鲔鱼、吞拿鱼,它是一种生活在海洋中上层水域中的鱼类,分布在太平洋、大西洋和印度洋的热带、亚热带和温带广阔水域,属大洋性高度洄游鱼类。金枪鱼肉色暗红,肉质坚实,无小刺,是名贵的西餐烹饪原料。金枪鱼除了制作罐头、鱼干、冷菜外,还可用于煎、炸、炒、烤等方法制作的菜肴。
由于地域等原因,我们很少能见到新鲜的金枪鱼。大多能买到金枪鱼的罐头,今天,我就用了金枪鱼罐头做了一款金枪鱼寿司。

    Steps to make 【花样寿司】----金枪鱼寿司

    • 1.准备好材料。
    • 2.将蒸好的米饭趁热倒入寿司醋,一勺醋一碗米饭。
    • 3.搅拌均匀,晾凉备用。
    • 4.将黄瓜、大根、胡萝卜切条。胡萝卜过开水焯一下。
    • 5.取一个寿司帘,放保鲜膜,放一张烤紫菜。
    • 6.将米饭均匀铺在烤紫菜上,上面留1/4位置。
    • 7.将金枪鱼罐头打开,将金枪鱼肉放米饭上。
    • 8.再放黄瓜、大根、胡萝卜。
    • 9.自下而上卷起来,边卷边揭去保鲜膜。
    • 10.卷好的寿司。
    • 11.切件即可食用。切一刀蘸一下水或者白醋更好切。
