买了现成的天妇罗炸粉,炸了越南草虾、硬硬的小芒果和绵软的牛油果,成品的表面没有撒开的感觉,不知道为什么?但是口感还是不错的!

Steps to make 炸天妇罗

  • 1.草虾提前解冻
  • 2.剥去头部和外壳,留下尾巴,再开背去泥肠
  • 3.洗净后沥干水分加点料酒
  • 4.我的芒果就是硬硬的,切成小条
  • 5.牛油果取出肉也切成条状
  • 6.取一盆放入天妇罗炸粉
  • 7.按照粉与水的比例1:1.5,调成天妇罗炸粉糊
  • 8.把草虾、芒果、牛油果分别挂上糊
  • 9.油锅烧至六成热,分别放入挂了糊的草虾、芒果、牛油果
  • 10.炸熟捞出用厨房纸巾吸干油
